Terms of use

What Bidnux is

Bidnux is a noticeboard. Businesses post work orders. Contractors browse them, and subscribing members can see the client's contact details, ask questions and submit quotes. We are not a contractor, not an agent, and not a party to any agreement made through the site.

No guarantee of work

A membership buys access to the board and the ability to bid. It is not a promise of any number of jobs, any leads, or any income. How much work appears in your area depends on the businesses using the site.

No guarantee of contractors

We collect credentials and display them with the expiry date supplied by the contractor. We do not independently verify current standing, workmanship, licensing or suitability for any job. Checking references, licences and insurance before hiring remains the responsibility of the business.

Your agreement is your own

Contracts, pricing, scheduling, payment and disputes are between the business and the contractor. We do not hold funds, do not escrow payments, and are not responsible for the work performed, the payment of it, or anything that goes wrong between the two parties.

Billing

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal, which stops the next renewal. Cancelling does not end the current term — access continues until it expires.

Accounts and conduct

Accounts are for one business. Sharing a login, scraping the board, or posting jobs you do not intend to award are grounds for suspension without refund. Contractors who let insurance or workers' compensation lapse stop receiving alerts until current documents are on file.
